Susan Clark

Susan started her career in Settlements in 1972, as a junior clerk with a large law firm in Perth. She learnt Conveyancing from a grassroots level, by attending Settlements and old-style manual searches and document preparation, eventually advancing to a Senior Conveyancing position. Susan is one of the inaugural people who were granted a Settlement Agent Licence in the 1980's. She is also one of the first group of Licensed Settlement Agents to be awarded the title of Certified Practising Conveyancer (CPC).

Silvia Bright
(Conveyancing Manager)

Silvia started with Clark Settlements in 1990 as a Bookkeeper. She quickly showed a keen interest in Conveyancing and progressed to attending Settlements, then to document preparation. Silvia later decided she would take up studies to become a Licensed Settlement Agent. She completed her qualifications in 2005. Silvia has gained a wealth of experience and is highly regarded within the industry for her knowledge of Conveyancing.
